Crayons Across Cities is a traveling initiative of Keep Crayin’ On that brings free crayons to kids and invites them to complete custom coloring pages for our Kids’ Crayon Gallery. On sponsored weekends, we focus on one community at a time, running simple “Kruise Up” pop-up handouts in parks, near storefronts, and at neighborhood events, where I personally give boxes of crayons and kool coloring images to kids and families I meet.
Each stop pairs kindness with craft using a spontaneous act of providing the tools. Children can submit their finished pieces to the online gallery, and our local sponsors are proudly recognized for powering the day. The aim is simple: a small act of humanitarianism that sparks imagination and empowerment, guided by first principles, to leave every block a little more colorful than we found it.
